Just rolling along — SIU quarterback Nick Hill scores on a five-yard run to open the fourth quarter Saturday and help secure the Salukis' 30-11 win over Eastern Illinois in the opening round of the Football Championship Subdivision football playoffs. The 11-1 Salukis host the 2006 national champion runner-up UMass Minuteman at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1, at McAndrew Stadium. Tickets are $19 for adults and $6 for students. Hill was won of 17 Salukis to earn Gateway Football All-Conference honors earlier this week, and one of eight Salukis earning a spot on the academic all-conference team.
