Oh, Say Can You See -- Buddy Rogers, a retired band instructor in the Murphysboro School District, leads his charges as they practice The Star-Spangled Banner during the Youth Band Camp Monday in the Altgeld Hall band room. The camp is for children in fourth through sixth grade with one-half to two-years experience playing instruments.
