Seeing how it fits together -- Jon Davey, an associate professor in the School of Architecture and Interior Design, took campers on a tour of campus last week to view various types of architecture and their historical significance. Davey pointed out that many features in the stonework on Shryock Auditorium can be traced to Egyptian history, and that Faner Hall was built to resemble a ship at sea and the building’s length -- from end to end -- is the same as the Titanic.
