New benefits information availableUniversity employees are encouraged to visit the Benefits Choice Web site to receive the most up-to-date benefit information for the new fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005. To navigate, select the link for "state employees" under the "Benefit Choice FY 2006" tab. The site offers the Benefit Choice Options booklet, as well as other resources, forms, and plan administrator information. The Web site also provides information about the new vision provider EyeMed. The current provider network is posted and will continue to be updated as new providers are added. The vision provider network can be retrieved by county or city. You will also find information about the new prescription benefit manager, Medco Health Solutions, for employees enrolled in Quality Care Health Plans and HealthLink OAP. The maintenance, specialty and preferred drug lists are posted, as well as the non-maintenance and maintenance participating pharmacies. There are several local pharmacies participating in the maintenance pharmacy network including Kmart, Kroger, Schnucks and Wal-Mart.
