Renovations planned at Student Center

Renovation and construction work begins today, Wednesday, April 16, in a portion of the SIUC Student Center. It's all part of the initial preparations for new food service options coming to the center later.

The first-floor television lounge won't be available for use during the work. All current dining options will remain open and unaffected during the construction. The Student Center staff extends apologies to guests and customers for any inconvenience caused by the work.

Details about changes in the food service will be available at a later date.
