Inaugural 'Saluki Kids Night Out' is FridayThe Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will host the first "Saluki Kids Night Out" at the SIU Arena, Friday, April 4, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. The Saluki Kids Night Out will give parents the opportunity to spend a night on the town while SIU student-athletes babysit at the SIU Arena. The event is open to kids ages 3-12, and costs a minimum of $5 per child as a donation, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting The Boys and Girls Club of Carbondale. Each child will also receive a free Saluki T-shirt for attending. For those interested, registration forms can be found on the Saluki Athletics Web site under the "Inside Saluki Athletics" heading.
