No pets policy at Abe Martin Field announcedIn an effort to keep fans safe, SIU Athletics has announced that no animals (except service animals) will be allowed anywhere at Abe Martin Field, including the Hill area. The new policy will go into effect immediately. "In order to provide the safest and most friendly environment for our fans, we feel it is best to not allow pets at Abe Martin Field and on the Hill," said Assistant Director of Athletics Jason King.
