Carol E. Fisher is the new training and development specialist in the University's Labor and Employee Relations office. She succeeds Mary Anne Osborne.

Fisher is a two-degree recipient of SIUC, with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a master's degree in Education. She has more than 22 years experience in human resource management and organizational development / training.
