Long-term disability insurance seminar set

A representative from Prudential Insurance will be on campus Thursday, March 10, to provide information on Prudential’s long-term disability insurance. There is a special open enrollment this month, SIUC employees are eligible to enroll without going through medical underwriting as long as you have not been previously denied coverage.

Enrollment packets have been mailed to everyone who does not currently have long-term disability insurance. If your have not received a packet and want to enroll, please contact the Benefits Office and one will be mailed. The deadline for enrollment is March 31, and coverage is effective May 1.

A Prudential representative will be in the Student Recreation Center second-floor conference room to provide an overview of the program and answer any questions. Registration is not necessary.

The meeting times are:

• 10-10:45 a.m.
• 11-11:45 a.m.
• noon-12:45 p.m.
• 2-2:45 p.m.
• 3-3:45 p.m.
