All members of the University community are invited to an informational meeting and celebration of SIUC's first comprehensive campaign, "Opportunity Through Excellence Campaign for Southern." Chancellor Walter V. Wendler and his wife, Mary, and campaign chair Marsha G. Ryan will serve as hosts at the event, scheduled for Wednesday, March 29, in the Student Center Ballrooms.
To allow for greater participation, there are two opportunities for attendance: A breakfast buffet will be available from 8 to 8:40 a.m., followed by a brief program and video. A lunch buffet will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., followed by the program and video.
Those wishing to attend should respond by March 23, indicating which time they will attend. Employees do not need to use personal time to participate in this celebration.
