Deadline is March 11 to offer input to task forces

Faculty and staff members interested in providing input to the three Agility and Efficiency Task Forces may do so until March 11.

Last fall, Chancellor Walter V. Wendler commissioned the Academic/Student Services, Business Practices and Hiring/Personnel Practices task forces. These groups are reviewing and evaluating their assigned areas and will make recommendations on improving the efficiency of operations at the University. The task forces have been reviewing current practices and gathering information through focus groups and/or discussions with individual departments concerning improvements that can be made to provide excellence in academics, services and operations.

Anyone with ideas for improvement, or who has concerns or frustrations with current procedures in any of these areas can send their comments to the appropriate co-chairs.
