New University letterhead available in MarchNew — and less expensive — letterhead will be available to the campus community through Printing/Duplicating Service beginning March 1. The new letterhead is designed to be more user friendly. As you can see from the example, the Pulliam logo is in the upper left-hand corner and the departmental name and Web site address would appear in the upper right corner. Other necessary information, such as mail code, address and phone number, appear at the bottom. There also will be savings possible with envelopes, as they now can be printed with black ink only. Departments can still choose to use black and maroon inks on envelopes. Printing/Duplicating Service will print the "shells" ahead of time, and then add department-specific information after receiving requests for letterhead. In some cases, departments will realize a nearly 50 percent savings, depending on quantities ordered. If you have questions, contact Dennis Maze, Printing/Duplicating Service superintendent, at 453-2268 or e-mail him at dennism@pso.siu.edu.
