Opening ceremony -- Chancellor Walter V. Wendler participated in opening ceremonies Tuesday for the annual International Festival at the Student Center. Among this year's highlights is a group of Buddhist monks performing the ancient art of sand painting. The monks are touring the U.S. on a goodwill mission. The always popular international buffet is 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17 in the Renaissance Room.
