The SIUC Wind Ensemble under the direction of conductor and assistant professor Christopher L. Morehouse performs in a preview concert at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 24, at Shryock Auditorium. Admission is free.

The Saluki men's basketball team hosts Illinois State at 2:05 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 27, at the SIU Arena. Tickets are $18 to $20 in the lower bowl; $12 in the upper bowl; $8 for high school-aged students and younger. SIUC student tickets are free with a valid SIUC student ID on game day.

The 16th annual Bridal Extravaganza is noon to 4 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 28, in the Student Center Ballrooms. There is a fashion show at 3 p.m. Admission is $3.

The Don Quixote Ballet performs at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 30, at Shryock Auditorium. The event is part of the Celebrity Series. Tickets are $29, $23 for senior citizens 60 and older and children 15 and younger. Tickets may be ordered through Ticketmaster at 866/646-8849, at any Ticketmaster outlet, or in person at the SIU Arena ticket office or the Student Center central ticket office.
